My name is Nora and I’ve been blogging about eating sugar-, gluten- and dairy-free on a moderate carb (160g CH) diet for some time now: eating right changed my life and I’d like to share the good stuff. 🙂
I’m a creative foodie, ex-PCOS patient, mom of a little baby girl, scientist, coffee lover to name a few things that come to mind.
I used to be a really lazy girl with a sweeth tooth when I was diagnosed with insulin-resistance and PCOS, so I had to start a moderate carb diet and some regular excersising. Later I turned out to be intolerant to gluten and dairy. This lead to some more dietary changes. Now my recipes are egg-free and vegan, too.
After a couple of months in my new lifestyle I felt great, but years have passed without my PCOS symptoms really improving. I thought this was as far as I could recover when I was totally suprised (slightly shocked) to find out I was 3 months pregnant…! Guess I just needed some more time to get really well. Following a wonderful pregnancy now I am happy mom of a little baby girl. I’m sure my little miracle would have never happened without me finding the right diet and lifestyle. This is how eating right has changed my life and I’d love to help whoever and whenever I can by sharing my recipes.
